Xbox Live Enforcement Action Information

Okay beyond the point of what is justified and what is not I would like to discuss actual details this time. Probably going to be helpful for other people too. Before anyone asks there is no getting this information from Microsoft. The Xbox Live customer service number (1-800-463-3863) immediately refers you to the Enforcement Forum.

After clicking to make a post to the Enforcement Forum you are greeted by a message that informs you that you must wait for moderator approval. In my personal experiences (there have been several) my forum never goes public. I am also not contacted by anyone to tell me why it was not posted or to address my concerns.

Additionally, after I attempt to Apply for Review I get locked on a never ending loading screen saying "Checking Your Privileges, Hang On". Therefore Microsoft has been no help whatsoever.

1.) The first garbage suspension I received was for one day, the second is extended to a week, does this mean I could expect the third to be a month or permanent ban?

2.) Does anyone know if these will ever fall off the account over time so the penalties are not as severe? For example, could I expect to lose a strike in a period of six months or something similar?

I will add more inquiries as I think about them. I have already tried to locate this information myself, but personally could not find anything. I appreciate any information provided in advance.

This seems to only happen when I am exposed to randoms in some shape or form. Again I do not care what anyone here believes. However, this second time was totally unjustified. Therefore, to help protect myself I am going to start playing competitive games from a secondary account. I plan to only use my main account when I have to at least until this blows over. I suggest anyone else reading this that is in a similar position do the same.

Any other information is gladly accepted. However, I am asking for information directly regarding these Enforcement Actions and what I can expect. I request we stick to the topic revolving the Enforcement Actions.
