Why learning on job is best way to grow career – Nigerian director explains

A Nigerian film director and photographer, Diji Aderogba, took to Twitter to explain why learning on job is the best way to grow a career. 

He explained that it is a fast way to promote career growth, especially when you have colleagues that are patient enough to teach you. Diji said that one could spend just a few months with experienced colleagues and learn a lot on the job.

“~ Personally, I believe learning on a job is the best and fastest way to grow in any career field. You can learn a whole lot in a few months of actively working with good people that are ready to be patient enough to teach you,” He tweeted.

Many agreed with him, but a few had reservations about how many organizations want to hire people they have to train.
