LEBANON COUNTY, MISSOURI: New charges have been filed against Thomas Charles Kincheloe by authorities for allegedly children at his wife's home babysitting business. Including abuse against a 3-year-old, he committed against young children of different ages.
The 44-year-old Lebanon man is currently facing one new count for each crime. According to court documents reviewed by show, he is facing charges of statutory or attempted sodomy for third-degree child molestation on a less than 14-years-old victim, second-degree child molestation on a victim who is less than 12 years old, and sexual intercourse with a person who is less than 12-year-old.

Who is Thomas Charles Kincheloe?
In a news release by the Lebanon Police Department, the investigation against Kincheloe was initiated after the Department of Social Services Children's Division gave a report to the police department that contained sex crimes allegations involving Kinchelo and a child under the age of 10.
After the report was reviewed, the department conducted an investigation and also interviewed Kincheloe. From the sex crime probe, the authorities revealed that several other child victims of Kincheloe's sexual abuse were identified. On December 29, 2022, the Missouri man was arrested and taken into custody at the Laclede County Jail. The new charges against the alleged child abuser come after he is charged in three new cases, reported.
Three new cases against Kincheloe
The first case of the new charges alleged Kincheloe abused a nine-year-old as he groped the girl while she was at his home. The incident took place in February 2021 when the girl was with her 11-year-old sister at the home.
The second case against Kincheloe reportedly alleges him of molesting a 10-year-old girl. When Kincehloe was asked about her claims, he allegedly told Laclede County Jail detectives that, “I don’t know what came over me to even try or want to,” KYTV reported. “I know right from wrong, and I do my best not to. This is one of the worst crimes ever, and I’m the one to have done it,” he added. The 44-year-old allegedly confessed that the abuses took place when he was left to watch the children when his wife went out.
