Who Is Tengen’s Brother?

Tengen hails from the family of the Shinobi clan, a well-known ninja warrior. Due to the backbreaking training from a very young age, three of Tengen’s nine brothers died before reaching the age of 10. His father was a cruel man who wanted to use his sons as a means to protect his clan.

Tengen’s father made his sons fight each other without them knowing by covering their faces with masks and making them fight to their death. Till the time Tengen turned 15, only he and his second youngest brother were left alive.

His father always believed that sacrificing the weak for their own benefit was nothing wrong and he wanted to instil the same mentality in his children. Tengen never accepted his father’s beliefs but his brother walked on the same path as his father.

Tengen’s brother believed that wives are just a means to produce offspring even if they die. He considered subordinates as his pawns and killed them for his own advantage. So to avoid his inhuman brother, Tengen leaves the clan and village once and for all, along with his three wives. Tengen always wondered and felt tormented if his brother wiped out the clan or not, but he couldn’t get the courage to kill his own brother.
