What Clothes Would You Want With You If You Were Stranded On A Deserted Island?

*A bathing suit. This one's a no-brainer. There's not going to be much else to do on the island, so a suit that dries quickly will come in handy.

__* Boot-leg Levis. __ If they worked for the Gold Rush miners, surely they'd be good (and strong) enough for some coconut-tree climbing.

__* A safety-pin necklace. __ The signature punk style accessory sure would be helpful when rigging up a make-shift tent.

*Cashmere sweaters. This is not a prissy thing, I swear. They're just ten times warmer than any other knit and they're so cozy they might make me feel an ounce less desperate about my situation. Okay, so it is a little prissy.

__* A backpack. __ Tote bags, satchels and clutches will do you no good for when you're trying to hike to the look-out point. (All deserted islands have look-out points, right?)

__* A Victor & Rolf coat.__This one is a stretch I know, but seriously think about it: It's a jacket! It's a bed! It comes with pillows! It might just be the only time, place and reason why you could ever get away with such a thing. The next best thing would be a Snuggie.
