Watch: “Jags are playing dirty” Giants TE Daniel Bellinger starts bleeding from his eye after brutal injury during the Giants-Jaguars game

The Giants TE Daniel Bellinger was rushed off to a hospital after incurring a deadly injury in the Giants-Jaguars game. The TE was bleeding from his eye after receiving the tackle from the Jaguars’ defender.

The Giants went on to win the game with impressive performances from Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley in an entertaining fourth-quarter comeback by the Giants.

During the second quarter, Daniel Bellinger took a fist in the face by Jaguars rookie linebacker Devin Lloyd and also a possible finger in the eye that may have been possible for the blood in his eyes. Bellinger was quickly taken off the field, as he required immediate medical assistance.

Daniel Bellinger was later taken to the hospital as the seriousness of the injury was quite alarming and the Giants’ TE’s eyes were also swollen.

Bellinger has had a decent start to the season as the rookie was a fourth-round pick from San Diego State and has been involved in two touchdowns for 139 yards.

“He got poked in the eye, and his eye looks terrible right now,” Giants HC Brian Daboll stated after the victory over the Jaguars. It was also confirmed that Daniel Bellinger was okay and will undergo further tests in New York.

Twitter went completely berserk when the footage of Daniel Bellinger getting tackled emerged on social media and many users started to criticize the Jaguars for playing dirty.

There were also many payers for the young rookie as the blood looked deadly on his eyes and later on his white Giants jersey. Though Bellinger is rumored to be okay now, his fitness status isn’t confirmed yet.

The Giants are optimistic about avoiding any serious injuries as they are going on a great run in the NFL currently and will need all the firepower that they have to challenge for something more.

Although there were no flags thrown after the possible finger to the eye, many fans argued that the decision was wrong and the Jaguars LB should have been penalized for the tackle that he committed.

Defender had no reason to have his hands up/in where they were. Bush league.

I hate it here.
