Tonto Dikeh’s ex-husband, Churchill issues her cease-and-desist letter following disparaging accusations
Actress Tonto Dikeh’s ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill has sent her a cease-and-desist letter for allegedly disparaging him and his wife, Rosy Meurer, on social media.
Tonto Dikeh has made serious accusations against him multiple times following their divorce, and the pair have repeatedly made headlines.
Churchill’s lawyer stated in a letter dated February 21, 2023, that Tonto had falsely accused Churchill and his wife Rosy on Instagram, calling him a deadbeat dad, a scammer, a robber, and other allegations.

His lawyers also brought up Tonto’s claim that she had funded their wedding despite her then-husband sponsoring the event. It was also stated that the rumours that Tonto spent N7 million on their wedding are false because they merely held a parlour ceremony, at which Tonto’s bride price was paid and only four guests were in attendance.

The letter also stated how Tonto had called Rosy Meurer, a former friend of hers and now Churchill’s wife, a “husband snatcher”, accused Churchill of being a deadbeat father, and reported that Tonto restricted all access for him to be with their son despite the court’s ruling. His lawyers asked that Tonto Dikeh publicly apologises to Churchill and his wife, Rosy Meurer, within 24 hours or risk a defamation lawsuit.
