The professional impact U Tube video is good. You could also try this.
Take a narrow stance, parallel to target line. Put the ball a clubhead inside your left heel, but because you have a narrow stance it should be just inside your right toe. Set the club behind the ball then rest the shaft on your inside left thigh. Take your grip in this position. You have now set the club and ball in a position where you will get a descending strike into the back of it.
Try a few firm wristed half shots from here and just return the club to the set position. You'll soon get the idea. Descend on the ball, the ball will climb and spin with control.
