The Ascent PS4/PS5 Release Date, Time and Price
Last year, The Ascent wasreleased on Xbox consoles and PC and was received well both critically and commercially – now, it’s heading to the PS4 and PS5 and we have the release date, time and price of the game for you right here.
The title is an action RPG with a lot of guns, set against a vibrant cyberpunk backdrop. Its stylish setting and fun gameplay can be experienced in both single-player and co-op modes.

The Ascent PS4 and PS5 Release Date and Time
The Ascent is set to hit both PS4 and PS5 very soon, with the official release date coming on March 24, 2022.
The game’s PlayStation Store page has also revealed the exact time the game is due to drop, which you can find out below:
- 7 am PT
- 9 am CT
- 10 am ET
- 2 pm GMT
- 3 pm CET
- 1 am AEDT (March 25)
That means players don’t have too long to wait until they can dive into the game.
The Ascent Price on PlayStation
Players will be able to grab The Ascent on PS4 and PS5 for the price of £24.99/$29.99, however, members of the PlayStation Plus subscription service will get a discount, should they preorder the game ahead of its release.
Any copy that is ordered by 13:59 GMT/9:59 ET on March 24 will only pay £22.49/$26.99. If you know you’re going to be buying the game, save yourself a few pennies and preorder now.
Those who pre-order the game will also get the “RPEG 33 Rocket Launcher with its unique blue laser targeting system” which can be collected after completing the game’s second main mission.
