Seven of Swords -

Though the Seven of Swords is often tied to betrayal and deception, it isn’t predicting that you actually get away with what you are trying to accomplish underhandedly. You may be tempted to do something deceptive to get ahead, but the Seven of Swords is urging caution. If you go through with this sneaky plot, you will soon find yourself in over your head and overwhelmed by the sheer number of repercussions that follow.

Just because the path seems easy doesn’t make it right.

Also, if you’ve been hiding something that you did wrong, you probably didn’t get away with it as cleanly as you’d hoped. What negative effects have those actions delivered? Are others treating you differently? Relationships and reputations have definitely been affected by this deception, and now you are tasked with taking on a more morally upright way of living. This may even mean excluding yourself from the crowd for the time being.

On a lighter note, this is the card of the rebel. It may be time for you to forge your own path and break away from tradition. You don’t need to follow anyone to be happy or successful.
