Rogue Legacy 2 Version 1.0 Update Release Time, Date, and Price
Cellar Door Games are gearing up for Rogue Legacy 2 to leave early access later this week as the popular platformer will officially update to version 1.0.
Whether you’ve been a participant in the early access of Rogue Legacy 2, or you’ve been holding off until the full release, you’ll be eager to know the official release date, time, price and more for the upcoming release of version 1.0.

Rogue Legacy 2 Release Time and Date
The Rogue Legacy sequel will come to Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and The Epic Games Store, with the official release date for Rogue Legacy 2 being Thursday, April 28th, 2022.
An exact release time for Rogue Legacy 2 will vary depending on your platform. Unfortunately, the official Xbox store page for Rogue Legacy 2 hasn’t gone live yet, but will likely be available at MIDNIGHT in your local timezone. As for PC users, new Steam titles are often released at 8AM PT / 11AM ET / 4PM BST.

Rogue Legacy 2 Price & Details
According to the official Epic Games Store Page for Rogue Legacy 2, the price of the game will be £19.99 GBP or $24.99 USD. However, the price may vary depending on your platform.
If you’re new to the Rogue Legacy series, the official description reads:
“Rogue Legacy 2 is an Action Platforming RPG Rogue-LITE, where every time you die, your children succeed you. Each child is unique. Your daughter might be a Colourblind Archer, and your son could be a Pacifistic Chef”.
The first Rogue Legacy was released for PlayStation consoles, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and more back in 2013. But, currently, Rogue Legacy 2 will only be available for Xbox and PC.
Cellar Door Games commented on the possibility of Rogue Legacy 2 coming to other platforms, stating that “[They’re] just taking it one step at a time. [Cellar Door Games] are a small team, but if we do make for other platforms, we’ll announce it when we’re 100% sure we can”.
