Hundreds of brides are lining up outside a Goodwill store in Oldsmar for their chance at rock-bottom prices on brand-new designer bridal gowns.  Doors open Friday at 6 a.m.  A similar event is happening Saturday at a Goodwill in Wesley Chapel.
