Melancholy as Osinachi’s son marks birthday without her, hugs her photo

It was a bittersweet weekend in the family of the late gospel singer, Osinachi Nwachukwu, as her son marked his birthday without her. 

The young boy, Ekene, was surrounded by his siblings as they hugged a photo of Osinachi while cutting his birthday cake.

The late musician’s twin sister, Amarachi Eze, also took to her Facebook page to celebrate her nephew while revealing that it was his first birthday without her.

She vowed to always be there for him and his siblings while noting that she can’t promise that things will always be easy.

In her words:

My beloved friends, Please, Join me and wish My late Sister’s Second Son #Ekene a happy birthday (Great Child)!It’s your 1st birthday without your Mon and I can’t promise it’ll get easier, but with God it is well with you my son and my promise is… I will always be here for you and your siblings and As you Celebrate your birthday, heaven will also celebrate you in Jesus Name! Amen …Son Enjoy, till when we’ll be reunited with her in heaven someday I so much Love you!! Son

In slightly related news, popular gospel singer, Mercy Chinwo, has gotten social media talking as she gushed over her husband, Pastor Blessed.

The Obinasom crooner, who recently tied the knot with the evangelist of Water Brooks Church last Saturday, August 13, shared a video highlight from the elegant ceremony.

Taking to her Instagram page, Mercy Chinwo praised her man and declared that she is blessed to be his wife.
