Meet George, Gina & Lucy, The Cult Handbag Line You'll Be Lusting After

You know a handbag brand has achieved cult status when French schoolgirls document their every acquisition on the web, when it's got hundreds of Facebook friends, and when the release of a new style sends the Euro trend setters into an absolute frenzy. Meet George, Gina & Lucy, a line that fits all of the above requirements and has very recently come stateside. Check out some of the styles and weigh in on your favorites, after the jump.

George, Gina & Lucy is a German company that was started in 2004, making bags that come in an array of canvas, nylon, and superluxe leather. They're only around in small, limited edition batches (hence the rush to get your hands on one while they're still available) and have got adorably quirky names (some of my favorites: Little Sushi, Chica Go, 20-Something, Hold on Tight, Pizza Boy, Cable Guy). And they're tough enough for toting your laptop, diapers and bottles, an extra pair of high heels, whatever.
