McNamara Florist hiding flowers throughout the city this week

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Teleflora's Make Someone Smile Week is a humanitarian project to brighten people's days with flower deliveries.

The annual event started in 2000, and has since spread its way to flower shops across the country.

McNamara Florist in Indianapolis is joining the trend, and hiding bouquets across the city for people to find and keep for free.

Follow the flower shop on Instagram or Twitter for clues as to where the bouquets may be.

Six bouquets were hidden yesterday, with plans to place more all over Indy and surrounding areas through the end of the week.
