Indianapolis, Nov. 19 - Six days after the death of a Fulton Junior High School student the district sent home its second letter to parents.
The new family privacy law prevents the school from telling parents who died, only that the cause was bacterial meningitis.
Last week the school advised parents of the symptoms of that illness.
Wednesday's letter says the incubation period has passed and that children should no longer be at risk.
