“I will eat your nose, chew it up and swallow it”: Johnny Depp Threatened To Physically Harm Tabloid Journalist For Doing His Job
Actor Johnny Depp has been in the spotlight for the past few years because of his highly-publicized court battles with his ex-wife, actress Amber Heard. Depp was accused of domestic violence and filed a defamation case against his ex-wife. As a result, the court ruled in favor of Depp as Heard was found guilty.
The court battles caused a lot of rifts and debates on social media, with Heard’s fans claiming that Depp has always been short-tempered. A video of the actor blasting paparazzi culture has resurfaced on social media. Depp made it clear that he hates it when he catches the media clicking pictures of his kids.
Johnny Depp threatened the media
In 2010, actor Johnny Depp appeared for a public press in which the actor expressed his hate for the paparazzi and mainstream media. The actor said,
“I’ve had various relations with paparazzi over the years. Basically, I understand the beast. If I’m either at a premiere or something like that, it’s their gig and they’re going to take photographs. But I’ve had my dilemmas with them over the years. What I’ve basically said to them is ‘You want my picture? Fine.’ If I catch you taking photographs of my kids I will physically eat your nose off of your face. And I would chew it in front of your face as well, and that’s the truth.”
The media’s spotlight is something that Depp can never escape, especially now, with his recent court battles, its next to impossible. The paparazzi are just doing their jobs, and no matter how hard Depp tries, they’ll keep coming.
Johnny Depp got mad when a paparazzi photographed Vanessa Paradis
In 2018, Johnny Depp recalled the time when his then-girlfriend, actress Vanessa Paradis, was pregnant with Lily-Rose Depp. The actor had an encounter with the paparazzi and had to teach them a lesson,
“There was that time when the paparazzi were trying to take a photograph of Vanessa and she’s pregnant with Lily-Rose and I was not going to let them make a circus out of it. So I did what I had to do. Got her in the car, they didn’t get the picture, and I said, ‘Take a f***ing picture because then I’ll stove your f***ing head in. You’ve got your cameras out. First one click. Let’s go.’ That’s just the truth. I would’ve.”
The actor concluded by saying that he cares about “family and kids.” The actor started dating Vanessa Paradis in 1998, however, more than a decade later, they ended their relationship.
