In an interview with Fightful, Rhea Ripley shared her actual height, revealing that she’s actually gotten taller since coming to the United States, saying that she was 5’7 when she moved. “I think now I’m like 5’8 and a half. I’m honestly not that tall”, she said.
“I think I just look tall on TV because I present myself as tall,” Ripley added. “Like, right now I know I’m slouched and I’m just chill. But when I’m on TV, I’m confident. I’ll stand up tall.
This correction comes after Ripley took to social media to clarify misconceptions about her physique. In the build-up to her upcoming match against Charlotte Flair at Wrestlemania 39 for the WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship, many graphics were circulating online comparing the two wrestlers. Ripley took to social media to correct the information, stating: “Seen a lot of these being made, so I’m going to correct you all. I’m 5ft 9in, 170lbs.”
