It’s been a while since we have received such a big update for Rust, and this one will be adding quite a lot of stuff to the game. Along with that, there is a super interesting event coming up for players out there.
How To Get Rust Twitch Rivals Drops
The developers have announced that the Rust Twitch Rivals event will be kicking off on April 14th at 8:00 pm GMT. As part of the event, 80 players from across the world will take part in teams of two. One team will be headed by Disguised Toast and will feature the top creators from North America. On the other hand, we have team Alexby11 who will be leading creators from Europe and Latin America.
Initially, it might look like quite a fun event but it will get quite heated up as time passes. The teams will get 48 hours to build their bases and stack up on supplies. There are a number of ways to gather more resources such as getting kills, completing objectives, and claiming crate drops. Once 48 hours are over, the event will go into the next phase where the two teams will raid each other. In the end, the team having the most dog tags will be declared as the winner of the event.
To get the rewards, you need to go to the Rust Twitch Drops website and connect your account. Depending on the number of hours you watch the stream, you will get some exciting in-game items. Do note that these drops will be available only on selected channels, which include hJune, xQcOW, Welyn, Silithur, BaboAbe, sykkuno , Ray__C , LakshartNia, the two team captains Alexby11, and Disguised Toast. Some of the top rewards include Twitch Rivals Garage Door, Twitch Rivals Large Wood Box and Twitch Rivals Assault Rifle.
