Obtaining Librarian's Amulet
To obtain this precious Amulet, you must complete the Procuring Peculiar Tomes side quest. To begin this quest, head to the Montwise Library and interact with a scholar girl found in the northwestern corner of the stairs. She'll reveal that three extraordinary books have mysteriously disappeared from the Library, and your task is to recover them.
Book 1: To locate the first absent book, titled From the Far Reaches of Hell, make your way to Crackridge and head east until you come across wooden stairs leading southward. Pursue this route, descend the ladder, and confront a man guarding a gate. Defeat him and proceed into the room where you'll discover the initial book inside a chest.
Book 2: To retrieve Dispatches from Beastling Island! Make your way to Beastling Village and engage with Foreign Traveler beside the Save Point. Employ your Throne Path action to pilfer the second book right from his clutches.
Book 3: To track down the third and last mysterious tome, The Curious Legend of the Great Wall, journey to Southern Stormhail Snows territory. There, encounter an Archeologist atop a hill's cliff. Socialize with him and deploy the Throne Path Action to snatch the final missing book from his possession.
