Jon Favreau Loved Working With Robert Downey Jr. In Iron Man

Fans may remember Happy Hogan in the Iron Man franchise and eventually, a part of the MCU. Well, the role was played by Jon Favreau, who was also the director of Iron Man and Iron Man 2, and indirectly, the Kickstarter of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we know it today.

In a recent interview with PEOPLE, the director sat down for a chat to talk about his dear friends Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow. Talking and reminiscing about the old times, Jon Favreau revealed that the Sherlock Holmes actor was always dedicated to his profession and he had a lot of respect for his work.

“He has a tremendous amount of respect for the profession, and he wants to make sure that he’s doing his part. It’s game day.”
