Hadiza Aliyu, alias Hadiza Gabon, was born on 1st June, 1989 in the capital city of Libreville, Gabon. Her father is Gabonese, while her mother is Nigerian. Growing up in her birth country, Hadiza Gabon completed her primary and secondary education. She chased her dreams of becoming a lawyer.
However, her study was short-lived as unprecedented problems marred it. Fate had cooked something different for her in the pot of destiny. Hadiza Gabon seized another golden opportunity to enrol herself in a Diploma programme, choosing the French language as her major. This became a turning point in her life.
After completing the programme, she was employed as a French teacher in a private school.
Career
The need to explore new opportunities in an expansive world made Hadiza Gabon move to Nigeria, the birthplace of her mother, who is a Fulani from Adamawa State. After arriving in Nigeria, she left Adamawa to explore Kaduna with her cousin. She heard so many mouth-watering tales of “The Centre of Learning”, which she wanted to see. This adventure brought her a glorious chance to meet the famous Kannywood veteran, Ali Nuhu.
Hadiza Gabon was welcomed into the Kannywood family after Ali Nuhu saw a good spirit in her. He later became her inspiration. Over time, Ali Nuhu became “brother, mentor and adviser” to her. Hadiza Gabon insisted that Amina Amal defamed her by claiming she is a Lesbian. For that reason, she made her refute the claim by violence. This instigated a lot of her fans to react by threatening to sue her for such gross misconduct. Later on, the actresses were said to have buried the hatchet.
