Guide for Dishonored - Collectibles

The weapons you need kills with are the following for the versatile killer achievement (for the swords to count, you need to backstab the enemies!):

  • Sword (any will do)
  • Crossbow Bolt
  • Reglar Bullet
  • Grenade
  • Springrazor
  • Corvos Folding Blade
  • Sticky Grenade (Blueprint can be either found on level 05 in a guardhouse near the boyle estate or level 07 in the house with the many criminals on the ground floor)
  • Explosive bullet (Blueprint in level 06 in the generals office in dunwall tower or level 07 inside central train station in a crashed car)

Although there are a lot of runes and bonecharms in the game, I won't go into detail on them since you have the heart which shows you the locations of them. Also you don't have to find them all to unlock the achievements, therefore I only will write down where to find the paintings. However, I will write down how many you SHOULD find in the missions. As for the last picture, this can ONLY be obtained when you do all the Slackjaw and Nanny Rags side quests!

Overseer Campbell (5 Bone charms, 7 runes, 1 painting)
Painting : Upon entering Campbell's house, head to the right towards the Kennels. From there head to the right to find a statue with a green eye. Push it to open the secret door and find the painting there.

The Golden Cat (7 bone charms, 5 runes, 2 paintings)
Painting (1/3): In the 1st floor of the art dealers apartment, you will find 2 thugs looking at a picture. This picture is the one you will need to get. To get inside his building, you will find his servant girl getting harassed in the streets which lead past the energy barrier (make sure to SAVE her). Alternatively you can use the balcony door, this one is unlocked from the beginning

Painting (2/3): In the 2nd floor, get inside the safe. The combination is 879

Painting (3/3): In the same floor as the safe, head straight forward upon exiting it to find a secluded area with the picture on the wall.

The Royal Physician (3 Bone Charms, 5 Runes, 1 painting)

Painting: This can be found on the lower floor of Sokolov's Building. It will stand in between some decked furniture and to the right is a stand alone light abrrier.

the code for the save in Pratchet's House is 473, the numbers are found on the pictures

Lady Boyle's Last Party (2 Bon echarms, 3 runes, 2 paintings)

Painting (1/2): This one is in the bedroom of Lady Boyle, on the upper floor above the chimney

Painting (2/2): Also found on the 2nd floor, but this one is in the display hall

Return to the Tower (2 Bone charms, 4 runes, 1 painting)

Painting: Inside the lord regents room, you see a chimney. Climb through it to get inside the music room and it will be on the wall above the chimney.

Flooded District (8 bone charms, 5 runes, 3 paintings)

Painting (1/3): Once you finally leave your prison, you can see from the bottom level a chain going up. Climb all the way up until you reach a small bridge with some corpses on it. Head from there to the left across the roofs to find an open house with the building inside.

Painting (2/3): After passing Daud, you will come to a part where you have to climb down a chain to reach the canals. In the middle of this, you can see various floors (mostly colapsed) and on one of them, the picture hangs on the wall

Painting (3/3): Upon either killing Nanny Rags or Slackjaw, Get upstairs and above the bed is the picture.
