Elden Ring DLC: Everything Revealed So Far
The latest Elden Ring DLC, titled Shadow of the Erdree, was announced in February 2023. The game was FromSoftware’s take on open world games. It was one of the most celebrated games in the year 2022. The game was a commercial success and received critical acclaim for its open world, gameplay and setting.
While there was some criticism regarding the game’s technical performance, the innovation by FromSoftware put on display in Elden Ring was second to none. The player-versus-player online mode provided by Elden Ring DLC also gained much popularity and acclaim.
Winning multiple Game of the Year awards for the year, it was undoubtedly one of the best games of the year. After Elden Ring success, many Soulslike games came out, but the originality provided by FromSoftware remains unparalleled by far.
