eFootball 2022 Update 1.0.0 Release Time & Server Maintenance Schedule
The highly anticipated release of eFootball 2022‘s 1.0.0 update is set to be deployed later this week, as Konami confirms the official release time and server maintenance schedule.
Following eFootball 2022’s launch back in September of 2021, the developers have been actively listening to fan feedback and are now aiming to “make the game even more enjoyable for football fans around the world”. Fans were left disappointed with the release of Konami’s new football title, which the developers state was due to them being too focused on getting the game out on time that they lost sight of the most important thing — quality.
Plenty of improvements and changes are expected to arrive in update 1.0.0, check out the release time for eFootball 2022’s new patch below.

eFootball 2022 Server Maintenance Schedule (April 14)
Unfortunately, the eFootball 2022 servers will be down for maintenance for an extended period of time between Tuesday, April 13th, and Wednesday, April 14th, depending on your region.
According to the official eFootball 2022 website, additional maintenance will be held during the times below:
- 13/04/2022 23:00 – 14/04/2022 08:00 (UTC)
The developers also noted that online services will be suspended during these times. Furthermore, players should be aware that maintenance times may be extended if needed.

The official release date for the first major eFootball 2022 update, which will bring the title to version 1.0.0, is set to be released on Thursday, April 14th, 2022. As mentioned above, server maintenance is expected to conclude at 1AM PT / 4AM ET / 9AM BST, meaning this will be the release time for the eFootball 2022 1.0.0 update. However, if required, maintenance could be extended, which means the release time may differ depending on how server maintenance goes.
Players will need to download the new patch on their platform before they can jump into the major changes included.
