Does Steve Die in Stranger Things Season 4?
The fourth season of Stranger Things introduced us to Vecna, who has killed several people in Volume 1. Vecna’s primary target has been Max, who survives the possession thanks to her friends. However, the fan-favorite Steve Harrington also got pretty close to dying in the latest season.
Steve and Robin decide to help Dustin, Lucas, and Max against Vecna, and for the most part, things go smoothly for the group. However, in the seventh episode, Steve volunteers to find the Watergate, and as expected, he gets pulled down by Vecna to the Upside Down.

Steve Survives In Volume 1, But His Injuries are Fatal
Steve tries to fight Vecna’s minions alone in this strange world, but he gets overwhelmed. Of course, Nancy, Eddie, and Robin arrive in time to save Steve from a brutal death. However, Steve gets severely injured during the fight, and for a while, we actually thought that it was the end of the road for the character.
As it was confirmed in the seventh episode, Harrington was losing a lot of blood because of multiple open injuries. Nancy covers Steve’s wounds with whatever she can gather in the Upside Down, but we don’t know how long Steve can survive with these injuries. Also, let’s not forget, unlike Robin and Eddie, Steve and Nancy are still in the ‘Upside Down.’ Vecna possesses Nancy right before she can escape from that place, and Steve tries to wake Nancy up, but it doesn’t work.
Obviously, Vecna isn’t leaving Nancy that easily, and Steve won’t escape from the Upside Down until Nany is safe. He’ll probably fight those deadly creatures without any help while preventing Nancy from getting lacerated by Vecna. So, it’s no wonder that every fan is now worried about Harrington. Well, Volume 2 is only a month away, so Steve’s fate in Stranger Things will be revealed soon.
