Destiny 2 - Xbox game pass for PC cross-save achievement issue

So Destiny 2 hit Xbox game pass for PC yesterday, and I wanted to log in just to get the achievements as I had my fun with this game back in the day. I have previously played on Battle.net and then Steam once it was transferred over, I have cross-save enabled, but no achievements have popped after logging in. I have tried signing out and back in, re-installing, clearing cache, changing characters and accounts to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have also tried doing a range of activities in game to see if this would trigger anything, with no effect.
