I just unlocked this achievement. You will need the following items.

(GLITCHY ACHIEVEMENT---It seems you must have ALL the items in your chests in the same world at THE SAME TIME. ALSO, I had all items in my chests in same world and achievement STILL DO NOT UNLOCK UNTIL I PUT EVERY ITEM INTO MY INVENTORY AT THE SAME TIME ONE BY ONE. After putting all items into my inventory from my chests, the achievement FINALLY unlocked.)
