Found during the story missions, Arizona Chapter 1-3 At The Mountains of Sadness. Progress through the jump puzzles to reach the
Alpaca Village, then find the elder with the fashionable hat. Once he gives you permission, make your way through the maze of the fog until you encounter Paprika at the fog's clearing where there is a rock thingy to activate. You will
fight Paprika. Once you defeat her, proceed to
stomp her body 4 or 5 times. It will go progressively higher until it zooms out of sight and the achievement will pop. I did not try to talk to her prior to stomping her into orbit.
