17-year-old homeless boy wins $3million scholarship to study in American university

Despite facing difficulties as a homeless boy, Tupac Mosley, a 17-year-old student has won himself a $3 million scholarship fund to study at the university after graduating as the best student from high school.

Tupac who came out tops at the Raleigh Egypt High School, Tennessee, United States, also won the Gates Bridge Scholarship and got the nod from over 40 universities in the United States.

He reportedly became homeless when his family was evicted from their home for not paying their debt.

After moving from residence to residence, they eventually came across a non-profit organization that provided them shelter at a camping site.

Tupac is set to graduate from Tennessee State University, United States, after enrolling to study Electrical Engineering.

Meanwhile, a 12-year-old Nigerian boy, Chika Ofili, has been awarded as an Academic Hero at the Tru Little Hero Awards for his historic discovery of a new way to divide in Mathematics.

The UK-based chap received the award in November 2019, for finding a new formula for divisibility by 7 in Mathematics.

Chika discovered that if the last digit of a whole number is multiplied by 5 and added to the remaining part of the number, what would be gotten is a new number.

If the new number can be divided by 7, it then means the original number is divisible by 7.
